How to post all the documents...do i have to staple all the documents in one or i have to make three parts

1] Sponsorship Forms
2] Immigration Forms
3] Supporting Documents


Do i need to write a covering letter that i am sending so and so documents?

How do i do this?

1. Write a covering letter explaining briefly all you want to say, as if you were standing before the officer and telling him what the application is all about.
2. Give list of all the enclosures.
3. Flag all the important papers.
4. Make one file and
5. Send it.
