I tried couple of stores last few years still wondering that is there any good store or brand for Kesar. Everytime I get different quality so ..I'm not expert on this but anybody has idea?

The best saffron is got in Kashmir(India) and in Iran. That is what a shop owner in Saudi arabia told me. I donot know where to find Indian saffron in the GTA but Iranian saffron is available in all the Iranian shops on younge (between Steels and Finch). The shop is located near the sleep country and atleast 5 shops are located near each other. They are of the grocery type shops. One shop's name is Super Arzon.

Why do you want to get it from here and send it to India. Two countries have the best - India (kashmir) and Spain.

You are right desi but my mom brought from there but she didnt like it. I guess it was mixed quality or watever. So, I always buy from indian grocery stores but everytime I get different quality this time I brought around 10 boxes of 2 gms(4.99 each) and that wasn't good(according to my mom) so I thought to ask you guys if you know any special brand.

I believe the 'quality' kesar in Kashmir is only a myth now. Unless you know a local very well, it is impossible 
to get hold of 'TRUE' kesar in Kashmir. We have been victim 
of 'horse hair - kesar' 
while in Srinagar, unless kesar losses its effects as soon as you leave kashmir..
We now a days we send 'Sun' brand kesar from local indian grocery stores - my family likes it in India. If you know the owner of the store, he will tell you the difference between good and bad (ofcourse the more expensive one is better always, for him). BTW the prices of Kesar has shot 2 -3 folds within the last few months in GTA. I bought a 28 gm pack for $35.00, $40.00 and $50.00 during the past 3 months, while it was just $25.00 around April/May this year. I am not sure if is worth paying that amount now.
BTW, you can buy kesar even on Amazon, it is sometimes cheaper.
