My mother-in-law is a PR card holder and we are canadian citizens. We wish to visit Pittsburg duting these christmas holidays but mother-in-law does not have a visa to USA. I chkd the USA consualte website, no dates available even in January.

Just wondering if there is any way out
Someone told me that on Rainbow bridge, we can get a vistor visa, however I doubt that

Unfortunately, not many options available other than booking an appointment and visiting the consulate.
