Hi , We need developers for a very exciting Model Driven Architecture Java project.
You can work from comfort of your home. People working odd jobs can work part time.

We would provide you free training in UML, design patterns and MDA in general.

We are a registered company and will provide references when you go for your next job. This is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to get a foot in the door.

Minimum 24 hrs / week commitment is required.

Hello!
Is there any fine print?
After finishing the course from you in UML, Design Patterns and MDA (for free), do we need to work a min. number of hours through you or are we supposed to pay you part of the salary that we may get in a job.
Just wanted to know what your financial gain would be when imparting these courses for free and providing references.

The only fine print is we can't pay any salary upfront - you will get pay from the support/training we will provide for this product - We are also trying to get some Venture Capital, once that happens we will able to have some salaried staff in our Toronto office.

The product we are working on is nothing short of revolutionary as it cuts down development effort by 90%.

You will mostly be spending your free time - which people waste watching TV or surfing the web, I am not asking anyone to quit their day job even if its an odd job.
