Want advice on starting a Trucking business

Hello everyone.

After about 4 years in this country, I wish to expand my horizons and venture in the business world. I would welcome information / advice / tips from experienced successful persons from the logistics / trucking industry.

I wish to begin with 2 -3 leased trucks, would require some drivers/ the permit formalities/ a small logistics office.

You are all welcome to give me your input. If anyone interested to initiate this in a joint venture form, that wold be great.
