I got this notice from MBNA Canada informing me about a class action against them. All credit card holders (with cash withdrawing privilage) are automatically enrolled and if I need to opt out, I must do so before Apr 28 etc.

Any one know about anything like this? Any reason to opt out. I am not affected by this at all, since I never took cash advance, so doesn't stand to gain anything. Could I get hit with some fees etc., if I don't opt out?
