What they are asking is just to send email to atleast 18 contacts & account will remain active FREE
OR
One has to pay 10.00 monthly fee
Is it some scam or real one

If MSN or Hotmail is closing then it will be Prime time news and you will know about it. This is a regular chain email SPAM just like the Sai baba one.
