Hi,

I am a new memebr. First of all, thanks a lot for such a useful forum.

I came here on a work permit sponsored by an oil co. in Aug 2006. Meanwhile I have received my Alberta PNP approval and now awaiting the next step for PR. Now if I get a much better job offer from some co. in Canada can I change my employer legally?

why not? as long as your new employer can sponsor another work permit
