HI!

i'm presently on a 3 yrs work permit in canada, and am presently employed with a canadian company. I recently got my H1B approval but have not got the visa stamping done yet and i'm confused about the following:-

1)Will H1-B stamping effect my present work permit status in canada,as i do not wish to join my US employer immediately due to personnel reasons.

2)will my current employer come to know about my H1-B status

3)after getting the visa stamping, Will i still be able to visit US for my current employers work .

request all experienced friends to help me with this.

3 - You cannot use the other companies H1 visa to visit US for work with your company, you can still go to US on a business visa though
