Hi, Masood
You are doing greate job by answearing querys...One more critical help required.
Applied PR on Jan-2000 (Require Score was 60)
Now Require Score 67. My prior assesment shows that I will be getting 65 with Ielts result of over all 6.5 (R-6,W-6,S-6,L-7)
My deadline for submission of paper is 10th March,2004.
Questions ?
1) What should I do , Just submit the all supporting document and alongwith it can i write a letter for granting me further more months to re-appear IELTS ??
- THAT'S ONE OPTION BUT I THINK YOU SHOULD BE ASSESSED UNDER OLD LAW BECAUSE IT IS MORE FAVOURABLE TO YOU.
2) I also have child of 1 year old Child after application , I have to pay amount of additional application.?? Then they will send me decision.????
- YOU HAVE TO INFORM THE EMBASSY ABOUT THE NEW MEMBER OF THE FAMILY. YOU'LL HAVE TO COMPLETE THE APPROPRIATE FORMS & PAY THE PROCESSING FEE OF C$150
2) Should I take Franch as 2nd Langure and get train myself within 3 months up to beginner Level.
- QUITE TOUGH BUT I DON'T KNOW YOUR ABILITY
3)What impact will be done if they say your point is not matching and you will be consider next time. Can I try again with this kind long waiting with some master degree and french lang. as beginner???
- YOU CAN ALWAYS RE-APPLY [HOPING THE PASS MARK DOESN;T CHANGE BY THE TIME YOU'RE READY].
- IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR APPLICATION I SREFUSED, YOU MAY HAVE GOOD GROUNDS FOR APPEAL. YOU CAN CONTACT US THEN OR SOONER IF YOU WANT US TO ADDRESS THE "OLD LAW-NEW LAW" ISSUES AND/OR USE OF DISCRETION IN YOUR CASE.
Your answear is very valuble to me as i am approaching deadline.
Thanks Again.
Regards
Yogesh
