Tip for driving: Anita's driving school run by one Lebanese(who married an Indian woman, Anita and thus the name Anita's driving school) is one of the best.He takes just $25 per class and only a few classes he manages to drive home the point. He is however, very strict, and sticks to time, rules, etc. He is an expert and knows how many points is deducted for each fault during the driving test. His record is near impecable and with almost all his students except just one! clearing the road test. The one person who failed also cleared next round with his guidance!I know this for sure as that person is my friend.
His name is Ellie Stephen. Since I cannot post phone numbers here as per desi forum rules, contact me if you need the phone number.
Iam not paid or member or employee of Anita's driving school.
I thought instead of Lankan driving schools which fleece money out of people by all the "sale" and "package" deals--Many students also fail there despite their bombastic claims. Also, they dont know even english and they guide people using Tamil!

Help needed: I might be moving to a place called Sault Ste. Marie(pronounced as "Sue-saint-marie" for employment.
I need to know more about the desicommunity there. I have gone through wikipedia and other sites about the place and its twin-city on the otherside of the border on Michigan,USA but the mention about desis is not much in Sault Ste. marie,Ontario(Nothern).
Please let me know in detail how an Indian like me(with family) can survive there and culturally integrate.
