Yeah it looks like holi only thing is that as I remember it would last an hour or so and only used to happen in Bunyol near Valencia. People from all over Spain would converge on this sleepy town to revel. Good fun!Holi is like all day long and all over the country and more fun!
What is really cool was participating in the bull runs at Pamplona - maha fun- also immortalized by Hemingway.
