All,
Have any of you done the ITIL cert? If yes, could you please suggest how to go about it? Which are the good training providers?
thanks
hi,
I did self-study and passed it. It is easy, if you understand how IT industry environment is like.
I consider training providers a big rip-off.
With Regards.
I am planning (just in thoughts) to take up ITIL foundation too, but just don't have enough resources to self-study. Can you share your experience (may be via PM), if you don't mind please?
Thanks much!

Like you - a Canadian .. but still DESI
I did V3 foundation at global knowledge. At the end of the training there is a test which if you pass you get the certification.
I had a desi trainer who prepared us well for the test (desi style). Pass rate in a class is between 50-75%. If you fail you have to pay and appear for the test.
the test is not easy but its not hard either.
