REFUND OF APPLICATION MONEY BY CIC

Hi,

I am about to apply for PR under skilled workers category for NOC code 7141(Electrician) at new delhi. I have completed 04 years apprenticeship course and hold a diploma in electrical and electronics engineering. I am eligible for 69 pointss. I need to know if my application is rejected by the CIC on the basis of "Not qualified to apply under NOC 7141 because you do not have the requisite qualifications" then will I be able to get the refund of the application money.

What carries the extra weight is the Year's Experience in that profession after successful completion of the course. That is the minimum.

If you apply now, if there is anyone with the same score and with an year's experience will have a leg up on you.

Do they process the application now? Or they acknowledge and wait for you to complete the required one year.... it is a guess as good as mine. If I were you I would wait that year before I would even fill it.

Then again, things could change. (Currently we are out of the frying pan and into the fire. )

An year is well worth the wait. Save you money.

I have 08 years work experience post diploma. I need to know in case my apprenticeship training is not recognised by the cic, then will they refund my application fee or not.

Apparently they do refund the processing fee...
