Got approved for Parents Sponsorship and file is in New Delhi, the approval letter which I got has UCI #, that UCI is my number when I came to Canada 12 years back. My father has his own UCI # as well

Now I want to fill User of Representative form so all mail comes to me, in that form there is a query
