I would say please take off the job locations from your resume.(like India, Ontario). From my own exp. -the employer thinks you dont know have canadian exp. so dont even call you for an interview. I have worked in US and it was in resume, I have to take it off to get interviews. Once you have interview in hand, its really really easy to explain and also they get to know you and your exp then location doesnt matter.
Do you include a resume objective ? Do you use a cover letter?
I dont recommend leaving locations off the resume, in fact its good that the employer would see that you have canadian education and experience along with your overseas experience/.education.
Under education, add the name of your university to your BEngg degree info.
Are you a member of the Ontario Association of professional engineers? if not, join them.
lastly remove 'comfortable with' from your resume and replace it with a more dynamic word (ie/ proficient in, Skilled in, Strong skills in.... etc)
good luck.
