Summary of Responsibilities:
Reviewing incoming orders for the accuracy of design and compliance to customer specifications and resolving potential discrepancies.
Preparing approval/manufacturing drawings and operational manuals.
Developing the necessary electrical control schematics/wiring diagrams (including PLC based systems) and mechanical steel/bus designs.
Generating bills of material to satisfy order requirements. Reporting to the manager on work related activities on a monthly basis.
Providing coordination and control of the processing of engineered Switchboard and Switchgear orders adhering to project timelines.
Managing the commercial aspects of the order, which may include meeting with customers to approve/revise drawings, conduct final inspections and/or witness tests and providing customers with documentation packages.
