DishNet on Air is only available in US (Legally).
But I think we should get Internet Feed from Dishnet without problem in Canada. They are Official Provider on Internet for 'North America'

No, they cannot control the feed. Infact half (make that 3/4th) of Canada and almost entire Mexico have using watching DN.
DishNet subscribers have to provide a US address to subscribe to DN - legally. The back door entry is using an FTA (without subscribing)
