I want to apply for the sponsership of my parents. so, when i send this application to CPC missisuaga, according to new form Jan 2009 how much application fee am i supposed to deposit with is sponserhip agreement???

The fees are mentioned in the link.
They could be paid in India by your Parents in Rupees. See the link for CHC in India. You will have to find it.
It is $75 for the sponsorship of first applicant and $475 for him. For your Mother, since she will be included in that application it will be $550.
In India they want a Demand Draft drawn on Bank of America and will also need a second draft of Re.20/- for clearance. Please find the link and see the requirements there. OR look for my previous postings. This is what I see on their website currently.
