Hi there:
Got a lot of good information from some links for Visitor Visa sponsor letters, etc. Still had a couple of specific questions and was wondering if someone could answer. Help is always appreciated!!
1. Do I HAVE TO attach a proof of present funds? I don't have a huge bank balance but have a steady job and 6 figure income... also if I HAVE TO attach a bank statement showing a good balance what should it be ($10,000 - $15,000?);
2. If my parents plan visiting in the summer, when should I send them this letter? In other words, how long does it take to get a visa after the date of application? The application will be sent to the New Delhi CHC.
Thank you,
Robin
Hey guys... how come 67 people saw this post and nobody replied? I'm surprised... and disappointed :-(
Answers to your questions.
1- Yes. You should attach your proof of funds ( Bank Statements, Salary slips etc) ( Preferably getting it attested /notarised by A Notary Public in Canada.)fore
2- Time take for Visit Visa is normally 01 week , but taken into account plane ticket etc. 01 month before travel is a good idea
Hope this helps.
