Hello,
thank u for reply.
I have already checked cic.gc.ca website and came to know mentioned processing time (in India) vary from 68 Months to 73Months.
I have understanding that this time frame was also mentioned under old rule (before Feb28th,2008).
This is link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/international/02a-skilled-fed.asp#asia
Kindly let me know if anyone has some idea.

Abhishek

Freddie.
thank you very much.
Few basic questions are
1. Will CIC process all pending files that have been submitted before Feb28th, 2008 under new rule ???
2. In India, if one start file processing in Nov or Dec, 08..then add next 6 months for normal processing ( assume as per new rule). means we will see result or updation from CIC side on month of Jun or July 2009. what is actual processing time in India.? am i right?
I have gone through cic link and noted down my understanding
Skilled Worker Category:
I could not come under Skilled Worker Category 1, 2 and 3, if I apply from INDIA.
a. Because SW1 -> My IT work experience is not listed in Ministerial Instructions (38 Occupations)
b. SW2 -> I am in India and don't have Arrange Employment offer from Canadian Employer. I work for Indian firm from India.
c. SW3 -> I was in Canada on Oct 2006 to Nov 2007 and then after I moved out from there. It is more than One year to away from Canada. As per rule mentioned in CIC link is “you are a student or worker who is legally residing in Canada, and have done so for at least 12 months immediately before submitting your application”. Here, Immediately word is not properly fitting in my profile
In this way, I am not eligible skilled worker Category application, if I apply from INDIA.
Correct me, if i am wrong.
What I would like you to do is find the other individual in the Immigration thread besides Mr.Kunal here and post a PM to him or through an e-mail find what his background is and what his exact qualifications are and see where you can go with that information and how to utilize the same. This way you have net worked with each other and ask the moderator to make it a sticky for the thread.
According to you with the information that you have given, you stand no chance. I will not comment on that beyond what your have stated. You have been throough the processing once before and lost out. It is the first impressions that count. But you surely can apply with it for Federally Skilled Class. If they find you suitable they will ask for documents and the fee. It may delay by an additional month. Who cares. You are getting in with that application.
The Immigration Department has a new budget and they have started to throw out the useless applications. That is the last that I know. The queue is geting smaller and fast.
Your guess is as good as mine in the processing times of these applications. But one thing that I know is that the newer applications are getting processed in a separate location and fast.
If you wish to Immigrate Apply first. Then stay in the line up just like others.
Good Luck.
Freddie.
