Hi,
I am thinking about applying for Canada permanent residence under skilled worker program. The process oulined on the Canadian Immigration website says that I need to get police clearance from every country where I have stayed for more than six months. I was in US for some time and now in India. In India I can get a clearance from the Regional Passport Office. For US, the website says that I need to get a fingerptint card checked by the FBI. I have not found any place here in Hyderabad where I can get fingerprinting done. Moreover if I send the application to FBI from here, will they send back the results to Hyderebad?
Any help will be appreciated.
Regards

you have go to forensic office where they will extract your finger prints and certify and give it to you for nominal fee . I think the fee would be around Rs 100/- I remember . The certified finger prints to be send to FBI with certfied cheque ( please find out exact fee from their website). you will get fbi clearance around 25 to 30 days.
Right now iam busy at work. If i find time I will try to get you right link.
