Please get a set of application forms for the expected arrival. See what you need, such as birth certificate, additional funds needed to support the additional person etc., Work all of these in advance and prepare yourself. When the time arrives, please inform them about the addition to the family and give them the file number also. Then send in the required papers with all of the copies as attachments.

I would advice (Which I normally don't) that the Mother and the Baby not travel for a period of One year. So, make a request in your update to them. Also get a Doctor's advice to go with it.
