I am going to renew My Indian Pasport soon.

Unfortunately the city where I stay has no Consulate Office

so only option is to send Original Passport as well Original PR Card

Is that an REQUIREMENT or any exception ?

Also what is the best way to send application & Passport with PR card?

Like should I use Canada post or should I use Courier like DHL or UPS etc

What is the average processing time for Passport renewal in Vancouver.
Existing passport is issued in India & this will be passport renewal after 10 years

Can some one write more ?

But in Passport application form, it says-

Landed Paper/Work Permit/Study Permit/Immigration status and PR Card in original and copy/ies thereof. Mail applicants may send duly notarized copies of these documents( Notarized copies of both sides of PR card will be required.(Original PR card not required)

That means Original PR Card not required if I send both sides of PR card & notorised them

Can some one confirm me who renewed Indian Passport without sending Original PR Card ?

You can send the original, you will get it back all fine.. I send it for my kid's PIO as well as wife's passport renewal.. got it back just fine... As Desi#1 mentioned, use XpressPost.

What others forms are required like Personal Particulars Form as well Declaration Form ?

Are above mention forms required or not?

Also in Main application form, they are not asking anything about IF PERSON APPLIED for CANADIAN CITIZENSHIP ?

I recently applied or basically only send the application for Canadian citizenship.

Should I mention anywhere about this ?
Does it make any difference?

Also in Personal Particulars Form what is this ?

15. Explain how travelled to Canada from India including name of company/travel agent which arranged travel, Passport details on which entered Canada._____________________

Please note I am sending application with all documents for Passport renewal by mail

Does that mean I should send Notorised Copies of PR Card ( both sides ) as well Notorised copy of Landing paper ?

Also if this is TRUE, that means I should not send Original PR Card as well Original Landing paper, correct ?

Can someone re-confirm me ?
Specially who recently completed Passport renewal process by sending papers in mail
