One of known person of mine lives as citizen of Canada and he wants to give me the guarantee for the money which the embassy wants ie 10000 Canadian dollar to get visa. I want to go to Canada for my further studies. He has 3000 CAD monthly salary. He has his own house. What are the processes for that as I am in Germany. For Permanent residency u can apply from

independent category (i.e based on ur professional experience)

Canada uses a system where points are allocated based on multiple categories which include age , exp , language and ppl u know in canada who will support in settlement.

U can apply on ur own from the nearest embassy if u have been in that place for more than 1 year or u will have to apply from country of birth.

Application processing times vary based on where u apply..
From india it takes 6 -7 years where from usa it can take 1 year.

As stated u will have to start a biz and hire local ppl if u apply and get this visa.. usually investment in the range of 250000$

Need a blood relative in canada (Brother sister mother father) to sponsor u .
