I have already applied for the PR 2.5 yrs ago. But I guess immigration is consuming a lot of time. I wanted to ask if I can apply for the student visa for the next January session. Am I eligible for applying both the visas at the same time? And if yes, then will my husband get the dependent visa along with me or does it take time for the same?

You can apply for a student visa while you have already applied for PR as its a different qualification procedure altogether and yes your spouse can get a dependent visa as well.....just find out the details about what courses you are looking for in which school/ university. And have more than enough money to cover your tuition, living and accommodation expenses...which you will have to show in your financial capability to get the student visa.
