If your wife worked in English, chances are she has got the required english level, but maybe she's just going to take time with different accents?
I think in the media/public relations field, its important to be known and develop networks. Can she join an organization to find out whats happening in the industry?

We talked with couple of media people in here...we went to university too...
went there and talked to their co-ordinator of journalism n communication dept..
Now...atlast we came to decision that my wife wanna go in HR field.......thts HR and PR ...for corporate communications or will go for Business Administration..still have to decide either of them...
we never knew something like CIIP exists till you gave this link...and yes we evaluated her degree and its equivalent to a master degree in canada...
