CRTC is the Regulator here in Canada that you should look out for. Start with them as the lead and search all of the names that comes up in the search and find out what you can do with that search. You will also end up finding more about other fields that they regulate, such as, Radio, Telephony, TV and IT fields also.

I might sound a little hypercritical in my next statement, because what made you come to Canada and who lead you or started you on that path. If no one did and you came all by yourself, then, what research did you do at that end and what were the results, then? All of this is prior to the start of the Immigration to Canada.

Currently all or most of the TV broadcasting stations are screaming about their own closures, especially about the local Television stations that were catering to each and every communities needs with in the local area, with NEWS and Weather etc., Most of it is due to drying up of the advertisement revenues and the closures of the local promotions that the BIG brand name companies, who used to fund, and they slashed down their budgets and closed down their major lines. CRTC is now bearing the brunt of it. See some of the representations and reports that they are facing from most of us and after viewing those reports, please see what is left for you as a field and openings to explore. If it is not the one for you to pursue, then, move on from there to the next one suitable. You will have to do the choosing at that juncture.

Now comes the fact as to what is suitable? Have you gotten your qualifications evaluated anytime after you landed here or prior to arrival here. Did the group called CIIP provide you with an offer to help prior to your departure from India? If they did what was it that they helped you with. if not why did you not avail such help?

Well, that is water under the bridge. Now you are on top of the bridge (over it.) See what you can do to come up ONE better and start with some thing that will get you going from here.
