Hi ,

Anybody Wants to share the AIR INDIA flight experience from Amritsar to Toranto ( Via London).

Please do share good and bad .

I hope more and more Punjabi ( or north side of India) have tried this.

My one and only experience in Air India and Indian Airlines - ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND PATHETIC.

From all the ans.. i got.. it seems i... had made a very bad choice..... ...
but before going for it.. i have checked with so many others...... about the serivce.......... truly speaking....... most of them said... it is good if not excellent........

Dont loose heart or be prejudiced already. Remember, mostly the complaints are reported - the good experiences are rarely posted. So out of millions of customers travelling, a few thousand might have faced problems.

By all means prepare for poor service and be glad if they exceed your expectations...

I have taken AI thrice in the last three years. Once from Toronto (Toronto - Birmingham - Amritsar - New Delhi) and twice from New York (New York - New Delhi non stop). Excellent service!! It will be my choice again in Feb next year when I plan to visit India. The only thing I don't like is the scotch they serve, Red Label. But am sure it is a non issue for a lot of people.
