Worst service.
Bad food. IF you are travelling with kid or family prefer other airline. I will never fly and dont recommend to my friends.

interesting, thanks guys.
so what the heck happened?
i have very good memories of my last trip with Jet (2+ years ago).
the check in at Pearson was smooth, food was excellent in flight, good quality TV entertainment, the transfer at BRU was smooth, too.
their prices don't seem to have reduced so what happened?
We recently (last month) traveled to and from India using Jet Airways. Excellent service and food. Smooth change over at Brussels. My little daughter has milk protein allergy and they arranged special milk free food for her. Elder one is very fussy so they took her to the pantry and let her choose what ever she likes.
Total price of tickets 3 adults and one infant from Halifax to Toronto and Toronto Delhi and return back till Halifax : $4600
The food on jet sucks out of Toronto and Mumbai as well. I would not feed it to my dog. Flying coach or economy used to be a pleasure sometime back but not anymore. Service is extremely poor with a bar service and food served together.
Cheap ingredients used in the food like chick peas in the salad and the main meal.
Food out of Delhi was terrible but some people were enjoying it.
The next time I fly I would rater carry a Subway sandwich.
Have to agree. The food on the YYZ-BOM sector was extremely poor quality. It was very apparent they were trying to cut corners and serve up a menu that was as cheap on their pocket as possible. The return leg though BOM-YYZ was a shade better. Even their inflight entertainment had the same movies/shows on both sectors.
The only plus is the short layover at BRU and their earlier than on time arrivals. Also Jet arrives before the rush of other airlines start to come in.
