I usually download movies from Torrent sites
Each movie is usually 700MB ( files are usuallu avi ). Once I have 3-4 movies, I make One DVD & play on my DVD player. This DVD player has DivX so plays any kind of CD/DVD

At present I am using Roxie & while making DVD I am making as Data disc

Recently I bought new home theatre SONY Blu Ray. Now I am unable to play any DVD's as DivX in not possible in new home theatre.

My options are -
1.Connect Old DVD player to TV & play all DVD's - Quite possible

2. While burning DVD I should not make it as Data Disc. But is should be Video CD/DVD or Movie CD/DVD. If that is possible , I might be able to play DVD's directly in Sony home theatre
So my question - is that really possible ?
If yes, then which CD/DVD software I should use ?
As Roxie doesn't have this facility

I tried to find FREE Online Software for burning CD/DVD. But most of them are only basic version & it says Watermark will be seen after burning CD/DVD

If I want Full Version, then only option is to buy either online or at shop

Do any one knows where I can find Free Online software for burning CD/DVD

Thanks

I use Convert X to DVD, but that is a paid version.

I have used another freeware in the past called AVI2DVD. Here are three download links -

Here is the official page of the freeware

Thanks Freakoutguy

The links what you provided are all for converting avi to dvd

So far so good

But my concern is how to use CD/DVD burn software where there is no option for making DVD or movie DVD

I can certainly make it as Data CD/DVD, but that will not play in Sony Blu Ray home theatre

Also Roxie software which I am using is having few options like audio, copy, data etc.. but Video CD/DVD option is not possible

So my question is how to upgrade Online FREE or
which other FREE online software possible in internet which let me burn Video CD/DVD

I tried Nero, but only basic trial version is FREE. In order to get Full access, I have to buy either online or physically

Can you suggest anything else ?

Ok...now I get your issue.

After you use AVI2DVD to convert the file into DVD (iso type file),you can use Deep Burn or Image Burn software to burn the DVD. Both are freeware and here is the link
