I am planning to migrate to canada from india ..i am a deputy manager and all my work exp is from technical call centre (MNC) .

What kind of difficulties i may face in getting a job in canada ?
And i have seen ppl saying even for a fresher its easy to get a call centre job in canada is that true ?
What are all the possibilities of me getting a job ( In same level ) in a canadian call centre ?
Being in india, what is my chance to get a job in canadian call centre ?
Do i have to do any additional certification like ITIL or PMP , if yes will it help me to get a job in same level ..

Adding to this make a comment on my english , so that i can improve on that anyway

Please do not say generic points , Canada is cold, Cost of living is high kind of stuff ..

It may be tough to get at managerial level job for a new immigrant. You can get job as a call center agent and then when you have some "Canadian" experience, you can apply for jobs at a higher level.
