My company is currently recruiting CSR'S. My company is 100 % Canadian owned, & the position pays around 30K a year to start, along with full benefits (dental, prescription drug and vision, orthotic shoes, acupuncture/chiropractic etc) from day one.

The company expects one to have excellent communication skills, phone manners and at least a year's call center experience, preferably in Canada. The company is located in Mississauga, and has it's corporate office in Calgary.

The recruitment process is friendly quite rigorous. As for the career path, most promotions are from within the company.
