There is one company that came up in my search here, in Canada.
They do have a link in Hyderabad.A.P. Their address is provided to you for contact.
Most of the ASIC's are employed in a few of the firms, who have affinity with the USA based ASIC group.
You will do better with your research at your end and finding suitable contacts through them, there. If there are any jobs that are open here they will be posted in the important job search engines such as Workopolis etc., Who the principals are can be looked up after the search results. They are published daily and also removed daily if suitable employees are found.
Most of the work and research has moved out of Canada and is conducted in third world countries. There are a few exceptions to this. Research reveals a few of the closures and it is assumed that the operations have moved elsewhere. So, the job prospects can be explored with a suitable Mentor in this field here in Canada,

These links provided here are in no specific order. They are random placements for you to follow. You can do your search likewise and come up with your own findings. This is your field of operations. You should have a very good insight into the Canadian operations of the group.
You may also contact the Offices of their chapter in California, Head Office, and obtain some details as to how to go about joining the group and delve deeper into their activities and suitable placements through them, if any, and also with their Canadian counterparts.
