I don't know what makes you refer crabs in the bucket story if some one warns you about the realistic situation.

No body is trying to stop new immigrants from coming here... giving you a realistic picture of the situation will only help prospective immigrants prepare better. I still see posts here often like 'I am running out of money - I need some job' . May be instead of criticizing me you may want to help those folks

We are looking for SAP Project Manager with Russian and good command of English language (written and spoken).

Experience in Steel or Mining is essential.

Shared services experience would be an added bonus.

We are looking for a mature and capable leader and someone who can present to Senior Stakeholders and Executives and successfully deliver projects on time and budget.

Feel free to pass over my details or get in contact for more information

I appreciate you help and hope to hear from you soon.

Kind regards,

Marina Popov

No one is criticizing you my friend.

There are two sides of coin. Instead of giving picture of "IT guy looking job for food". It's better to give advise on how to look for jobs, prepare for interviews and overcome obstacles so that people can settle in their profession ASAP.

And I agree with you if you replace the word some by most.
