Can you decipher all of the items on the receipt. It has your payment details, such as Credit Card number and I.D., etc., If you cannot, then,...... (When you paid that on the net, it comes up with a lot of details for Cross Checking.)

If it is in the Section FOR CIC USE ONLY.... 'Forget it'. They will figure that one out. You just pay the fees, complete the application form, use the check list to make sure you have completed the form as required and then send it by post. Make sure you have enclosed the PAYMENT (Receipt). They will figure everything out with the receipt provided.
