Do u think CHC London will consider this request from immigration agency.
I updated my LMO and Job offer to CHC through my immigration consultant, Dubai they wrote as follows to CHC.
We have informed CHC, London that the applicant has received Labour Market Opinion (LMO) and Canada Nursing Board Registration and Eligibility Practice Permit from Canada under the Intended Occupation of Staff Nurse (NOC-3152) in her own field for two years. Copy of the same have been sent to CHC with a request to grant Interview Waiver and release the Medical Papers for the whole family to enable her to join this job timely.
The client is making 68+ 15= 83 points
We will let you know on receipt of any information from them.
Kindly apprise the client accordingly.

You know and so do all of us here on this CD website, that your success depends entirely upon your Age, Education, The Profession that you belong to, your monetary situation, the ability to read, write and express in English Language and French or both and needless to say your state of health. Last but not the least if you do have an arranged job, to go to upon landing here.
Also there is no hard and fast rule that you will get quick responses to your application process or favourable answers to the queries that you post to the CHC in London.
From what you have stated above as points, you are anticipating a favourable response and a very quick one too. In my humble opinion the process will take some more time and you will have to bear the agony of anticipation for some more time.
You have entrusted this whole thing to a paid intermediary and it will be appropriate to address this to them and seek your answers from them. Get on their tail and press upon it. You success now depends upon their ability to pressure the CHC London for a quick and favourable approval. You will have to do your share of work by maintaining a steady pressure upon them with letters, once a week at the least.
The few cases that I have heard of with LMO and work permit, took anywhere between four and six months from the date of initiation. So be guided by that,
