don't worry..I had recieved the letter for passport 2 times. I e mailed CHC and got no reply.Then suddenly I got my passport with the visa.So I guess ur wife is on the right track and will be getting visa very soon.

Thanks for sharing the information. Could you please provide me your timeline also about when did you send your passport, when did you receive a letter to send passport again and when did you receive your passport back with visa stamped on it?

Answers to the above questions will really help me.
