Hi, I am a new member , I 'd like to know if anyone took the test in downtowm toronto have received letter for oath. I took the test in early march, haven't hear d from CIC yet. another question, does the e client status always show "decision made" before they send you a letter to take oath. any feedback is greatly appreciated.
