just kidding.It's true that majority of the CD's are in GTA. But on the flip side, not all the CD's in GTA go about meeting other CD's. I think everyone looks for friends with similiar interests and matching chemistry levels.
There is also the question of time scheduling. There is no point in making 20 friends if you have less time available on hand.

One positive thing about Windsor is that it is always couple of degrees warmer than Toronto in summer/winter/fall and receives less snow. So consider yourself lucky.
I have seen couple of "desis" in Windsor and have been to an Indian (read "Punjabi"

That was my whole point to see if Dimple 2001 (my husband) would respond to my thread..But too bad that he found that 'Violet" was his wife. It did not even take a day for him to find out. Stupid me that I forgot to log off. 
Anyways, you are right about interests and chemisty level matching.
So far, I have not seen seen a response from anybody from Windsor area. That itself tells me that women in Windsor area are very introverts. There is nothing wrong with that but it would be very difficult for me to find freinds..That'all.
