I have a friend who is relocating to USA next week and his rental lease expires on Oct 31, 2010. He has 2 BHK in 3425 Morning star Drive, Mississauga, Ontario L4T1Y1. He can sub lease if somebody is interested, after which you may choose to either stay in or leave. If you want to stay in, you would be asked to sign lease for next 13 months. If you don't want to stay in, inform them on Sep-1st, and you can leave on Oct-31st. Rent $1000 pm. Parking extra. He has two double bed (almost new) and dining table with 6 chairs for sale along with the flat.

If anybody is interested, I shall post his contact details. This is especially good for new immigrants if they don't wish to commit rental lease for 13 months.
