The Met Cap Bldg's are good. Not the best, but centrally located. Avoid 25 Parkway Forest Drive (Laurel Grove ??). I lived in that Bldg, 1. It backs on 401, so one side of the bldg is noisy and 2. it's a walk from there to the subway, especially in the winter.

But like I said location is excellent. A park right in front of the bldg, elementary school right there, subway 3 min walk (if you run

) grocery store around, but no bank. There used to be a CIBC Bank, which closed down in 1997 or so, and lots of new immigrants. Although there has become congested over the last 5-6 years due to new construction, but what can you do.

With regards to the Bldg features in the link I posted above - take it with a pinch of salt.

There are few nice apartments in Antibes Drive. Though buildings are quite old, its very convenient with 1 bus to subway, price chopper, RBC schools in walking distance and good neighbourhood.

Rent for the apartments on Leith hill roard, Esterbooke Avenue is ~$900-1000 for 1BR and ~1100-1300 for 2BR.

I am staying in one of the apartments in that area. if you need any further information on those apartments, you can pm me.

Is Galleria good? 1 Bedroom is $1,420. High rent for the area or facilities?
