I need to buy some good quality maple syrup for present a friend.

Any ideas ? suggestions?

Make sure it is made in either ON or QC.
Anything else is not true gold.
Esp. avoid the syrups coming from the US - they are nothing but colored high fructose corn syrup being sold as maple syrup.

Is that maple syrup tasty, never tried it. I have beer mostly in day time and Vodka in night time. Any one telling me how you feel it when you have maple syrup.

Maple syrup on Pancakes for brekfast is great....
