Some early versions of IE 8.0 on Windows 7 had this issue.
I have a sense that something has recently changed on your computer.
Either new update to the operating system, or new browser, or an update to the browser.
Also make sure IE command bar is turned off.

I assume you have already tried using a different mouse....

But hey, at least your post count is increasing....at this rate, you'll soon catch up with TK
