I am located in Doha Qatar.

Presently, I am working out my immigration to Canada. This I am doing it through a Consultancy named XXXXX.

I have got some clarification. Can anyone help and advise and share their experience and knowledge.

Clarifications:

1. Consultancy is saying to apply for Canada PR, I should submit all my including spouse's original work experience certificates and educational . According to them this certificates will be retained by CHC permanently. So in this case, if supposing my PR doesn’t work out then what about my original certificates? Will I get it back or will it be permanently retained by CHC

If it so......then i will not be able to apply for any other country's PR or job.

Please guide

Do some research on the consultants. The info they have provided you is not correct and I have been hearing bad things about them. Better spend a little more and hire a genuine Canadian consultant.

what is "original work experience certificates"?
CHC will accept certified copies of your education certificates but requires original transcripts in a sealed envelop from your education institution.

For experience:

CURRENT: Take letter from your current employer ( if you can) and enclose original after keeping a copy.

PAST: Make copies of the past experience letters, certify and enclose. Do not send the originals.

EDUCATION: Pl follow as luckysaab suggested.
