well if u r not claiming points for work experience, there is no need to provide any such contract or notarized copies.
Ofcourse like every other people you should apply but your documentation will depend on how much points you are claiming and on what basis..
gud luck

and Maple sorry to intervene but transcript is required. If you don't submit in university sealed envelopes, the immigration guys will enquire from your Univ... a time delaying process... I suggest if possible arrange transcripts also..

hey...there's no intervening, i am no expert Satya, i juz told from the experience of some my friends and mine. We weren't asked to submit transcripts :)

regards
mg

MG is right,

We never submitted transcripts. With over 4 years of work experience, the documented proofs (employment letter, pay stubs, T4s since working in canada..etc) are enough. A notarised copy of the degree certificate is essential though alongwith notarised copies of the marksheets.

Hope that helps.

Who is afraid of notarised copies?

This is Mr. Massood's section. However till he finds time:

Just photocopy all your supporting documents, where you do not want to submit originals, go to a notary public and get it notarised / certified true copy. Take along your originals. He / she will put a stamp/seal, sign and date and you are done.

In some places notary public is free, some places they charge a little amount. Normally it is not a heavy expense.

Once you furnish notarised copies, CIC will have to make limited enquiries and you will save on time.

so, the following is true, then:

1. Notarized copy of employment is not required

2. Notarized copies of all degree (UG/PG) certificates, and mark sheets required.

More over, why Masood ji is not replying at all?

Dear sk_ca,
Do not try to save money on notarising of employment documents.
That will save time.
:)
