Dear Deshi bandhu,
I am willing to get canadian immigration. I have 17 years educational background, 5 years working experience, I am 32 years old, also Iam married, I have one kids age 8 months. My husband also Agri. Hons graduate. But problem is, my husband don,t want to go Canada. Even he is not supporting me by giving his all documents. But I am devoted to be an immigrant of Canada. I want to take my child with me. How can I proceed on? Is it possible to proceed immigration process without his document?
If you independently qualify with the score of 67 under the independent category, you can surely apply on you own.
There is no requirement that the whole family has to apply & travel together. You still will have to declare your marital status and complete information thereof in the application. If you want to take you daughter along, you may face some problem here.

Hello there Razeev
Thanks for your response. Could you please explain what kind of problem I have to face if I want to take my baby with me.
For your information If I could score 12 in IELTS then my point will be 68. But problem is as my husband not willing to go Canada he is not giving me any document of him. also we got married through religious system . We have no marriage cirtificate. I have CD of my marriage only . He will not give sign on marriage registry paper if I want to make it by the notery. Now Please give me suggestion how I shall apply?

1.) He cannot have his cake and eat it as well
2.) What this means is he can stop you from taking your baby with you. But he can only do that if He is able to prove that he is your husband !... If he is not willing to sign any documents then you can proceed without him. You can also keep ur baby. But mind you....
O..onno kichu jinish o kortey paarey (maar-peet)..who knows ! So whatever you do..do it with caution.

Hi,
The problem I was talking about is that of "child's custody". You may have to get some court documents after divorcing your husband or get his permission to allow you to leave with her alone.
As suggested by other CD, be cautious in whatever you do.
Good luck

You can apply and put your husband in as a 'non-accompanying spouse'. You will have to provide some documents showing you are married.
