We are a technical service support OEM for a leading major Semiconductor Tester Equipment MNC with a wide customer base in Asia. Our HQ based in Taiwan has been serving this Semiconductor Tester Equipment MNC for the past 1 and half years in which customer satisfaction has improved tremendously, breaking new records.
Service support staffs like Technical Call Center Engineer, Customer Engineers, Production Support Engineers and Application Engineers are located in Singapore, Malaysia to serve customers in Singapore, Malaysia, occasionally Thailand, Philippines, Australia or India.
Application Engineer(Permanent)
Requirements:
• Male/Female, Any Nationality but foreigners must be PR
• Minimum Diploma, hands-on with good communication skills
• Previous field software troubleshooting, production support experience with Agilent HP93k/HP83k/HP94k/HP84k and other HP models or other semiconductor testing equipment
• Previous application troubleshooting, program development experience with Agilent HP93k/HP83k/HP94k/HP84k and other HP models or other semiconductor testing equipment
• Good analytical skills with clear concept grasp of testing software library
• Able to make quick, accurate decisions to fulfill customers’ requirements on time
• Good spoken/written English/Chinese, other languages an advantage
• Prior understanding on testing methodology concept, production related requirements like device correlation, yield, optim
