Need help and pointers from Ottawa members

Need some help to find residential area in Ottawa with indian community.
My husband's office will be in Kanata. We are going to be living in rental appartment.

I tried searching earlier posts too.

Since the hitech has melted and mortgage rates are low, ,there are number of rental places/properties in Kanata. And there are tons of desis there.
