I dont see anything wrong.
They dont know you have a PR/Citizenship, they just know you are working in Canada.
I read this as following: For any individual residing in India this company will
For 45K apply for PR on your behalf
for 110K get you a temp job in Canada (dosent state what kind of job)
For 250K get you a permanent job (dosent state what kind of job)
For 594K email you the offer letter (again dosent state what kind of job)
So they may offer you security job and it meets what is listed here..
Their next paragraph about EI and schooling is all true.
So whats wrong with this?
BTW: Are you in India already? Do you have a move date? We should all meet and have a farewell get together

Is n't it a crime under the federal immigration law for you to pay an agent to secure you a job (again what kind of job?) and then apply for PR based on that?
Or
will it be a company set up in Canada by an Indian and who has contact to other warehouses here and then you are employed by that company which has been set up for immigartion and then they will send you out to warehouses to work as labourers?
That is why I called upon the RCMP to stamp out these kind of blood suckers.
Besides most of the information is incomplete
1. You pay a health tax. Medicines are not free. Physio/Chiro/Dental is not free
2. School is free whereas school us only from 9-11:30 or 9-3. What about daycare?
3. For EI, you need to put sufficient hours etc...
