Visitor Visa after Fileing for Family class immigration

Hello All,

I was wondering what are the chance of getting Visitor Visa's Once i filed for Family class immigration Visa for my parents?

I heard from some of my friend that CIC has change rule & now they will give visitor visa easily once you apply for family visa,i am not sure how much this is true!

If you Guys have some knowlede and want to share,I would really appriciate any help.

Chances are even.
You must ensure that documentation is good, along with return ticket and medical insurance for the period.
A letter from you can be enclosed that you will take care of all their expenses during the visit and they will return before expiry of visitor's visa.

You will be rejected if you apply for visitor visa .Already you have 1 file in process.

Good News .
My Parent got two years multiple TRV.

Bad news.
They refused my younger sister. (she was also a dependent on my parents sponsorship application the case is still in progress). I tired talking with my MP and after an hour of disscussion the bottom line is He cannot help me as the Visa officers require a solid reason for her to come down here. just a visit to see me and my son is not enough .

So I am stuck ... Any idea what shouldi try next., Apart from the long wait for the family class immigration process to complete ..
